Some crying, yes. Cry-it-out, no. The amount of crying really depends on your little one’s temperament and the technique we choose. It’s so hard as parents to hear our little one cry, I know. We are making changes to our child’s routine, and crying is their way of communicating to us that change is hard! We are trading a little bit crying now, for MUCH less crying long-term. At the end of the day, while I can't control if your child cries, I do my very best to limit unnecessary crying.

What if it doesn't work?

I do everything I can to provide you with the best possible plan that will work for your family. That being said, this process will require you to work with me and follow the plan accordingly. I can give you all of the tools you need to succeed, but if you don’t utilize what I give you, then you won’t get the results you want. This is a “you get out of it what you put in” type of partnership. If you’re not seeing progress following the plan, we can always pivot and try something new. I want to see you succeed and I have never left a family hanging without seeing results!

What age can I start sleep training? 

I typically ask that you wait until your baby is at least 10 weeks old before we begin any formal sleep training technique. Every baby is different and every there are methods that we can use that will ease baby into the process. If you’re expecting or have a baby under 10 weeks old, my newborn package helps establish great sleep foundations that will be beneficial when sleep training comes into play.

Can I just book a quick phone call for advice?

I only offer one-off phone calls to current or former clients. I know it may seem like you're issue is small and doesn't require a full plan, however I've found that is rarely the case. In order to give you the best possible advice, it's important that I see the full scope of your child's current routine. Only then can I be confident that what I'm telling you will work!
